I had my pc open on a game and went away from it for about 20 minutes and when i came back my keyboard lights and mouse light was off and my screen was off. i tried waking my screen up but it wouldnt come back on so then i tried reseting my pc and it wouldnt reset so then i tried turning it off and it wouldnt turn off so i waited a couple minutes and tried again and it still wouldnt turn off. So i turned it off by turning the psu off then i tried booting it back up but my psu didnt turn on and my light on my graphcis card was gone so i left it for a while and i came back and tried again but nothing booted up. So i opened up my computer and i smelt a ozone smell for a couple seconds then it went away. i looked for any damage on everything and there wasnt any. I looked up how to test psu and done the test with a paperclip and my fan in my psu started up so i thought it was my motherboard but i read that using the paperclip doesnt mean its your psu. so i dont know whats actually wrong with my computer, if anyone could help thatd be good and nothing turns on at all its completely dead.

Can't believe i asked that twice.:p

Well seems like the motherboard in that case, maybe even the cpu, hard to say. Only swapping those will give a clear answer. If you didn't do anything stupid, just left the game open, could you try an rma on both, see which one is at fault. Don't know how old the parts are so they need to be within waranty period for that.

I took it in to a store and they tested everything and it was my motherboard. Thanks for your help though. :)
