I ordered a 4 pack cooler master s1 or something case fans and i just opened the box to find out that they are 3 pin connectors !! I've always been using molex connectors to connect my fan to the psu i have no idea where to connect these. I think my mobo only has 1 4pin connector on it does that mean i can only connect 1 fan? x_x i need to use all 4 cause my cpu is literally running at 60c idle.. please help and I cannot get any adapters as it takes 20 days for me to ship soemthing from amazon .. where do i connect these? my mobo is asus b85mg and my psu is antev 550vp does my psu have these 3 pin connectors which i can connect my fans to?

If your CPU is at 60 idle the problem are not the case fan, probably the fan isn't working or the thermal grease are degraded.

Anyway, the fans have 3 pins due the tachometer, you could use molex to three pins adapters (will run at max speed), if you dont want to wait could allways cut the 3 pins and connect by hand the red and black to the molex.

You only have one chassis fan connector so you will have to bare with only running one fan for now or getting yourself an adapter for 3 pin to molex.

what cpu and what cooler are you running? as adding additional case fans I doubt would bring your temps by more than a couple of degs. I would look at reseating your CPU and replacing the thermal compound between the CPU and your cooler. Then also make sure that the cooler is seated properly over the CPU
