My friend has big problem with Google chrome..

Everytime he opens Google maps, or just randomly watches youtube videos or just browsing, hes Chrome just stops for no reason and after few seconds its almost 10 - 15 sec, browser starts working again... What causes this?

Things we did:

Reinstalling Windows 7, to Windows 10. (4x times in row)
Replaced his old CPU FX-4100 to FX-8350
Replaced his old Motherboard , to 970 Gaming
Switched RAM sticks, to see if there problem with ram.
Checked internet connections, router settings. and so on.
Checked SSD, and HDD all fine.
Using Google Chrome without account, clearing data .etc.

NOTHING works.
there are left

Power Supply and GPU (GTX 750 Ti) witch not changed yet.

Mozila Firefox does not crash at all, Google maps and all working...
?? is this something that even scientist cannot explain?

~~
the pc was 2x times in Computer Repair shop, and they cannot do nothing , because they cant found problem.

I`m also , called my friend in "IT Company" he said that when he will back from VACaction he will look into this, but im asking tomshardware community to explain why is this happening.

is there problem with GPU? Its not possible , then why Mozila works and games works well.
is there problem with PSU? its not possible , then why Mozila works

This is the biggest problem that i have been seen, im also working for IT , and i cant do nothing.

We also ,swapped Internect addapters and Routers to see if the IPv4 or something from Internet connection was triggered, but no.. The problem still is there.

Maybe it is one of the Chrome extensions you installed. Have you tried disabling Chrome extensions? Also check whether your HDD is in IDE mode or AHCI mode.

There is 0 extensions, we tested on new Windows 7, then new Windows 10, without installing any trash. So yea Chrome is like hell, for my friend pc. For me Chrome works fine.

Also he uses IDE, because AHCI Mode u cant even logging to windows, its saying PC Run into problem.
