It's a 64 bit pc and I would like to get an Intel Core i7 with an 1080 gtx video card.... Can you tell me guys some pieces compatible? What should I change intead of those? And other things to change for a very good gaming pc?

Solution
For the monitor you have their no reason to get a 1080 video card.
A GTX 1070 would max everything out. For the processor a i7 4790K is the best you can get without rebuilding all of it.
You need to also make sure your power supply can handle the extra power required.
Get a decent cooler for the processor they run on the hot side with the stock cooler.

It won't change much. Despite being an ultrawide (21:9 ratio), it's still technically a 1080p monitor. Heck, for CS:GO you probably don't even need a GTX 1070 to run high FPS on it; an AMD RX 480 (8GB model) or nVidia GTX 1060 (6GB model) might be sufficient for your needs.

CPU-wise, the good news is that you won't need to update your BIOS, as all of the faster core i5/i7 chips already run under BIOS version F9 (http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-B85-HD3-rev-1x#support-cpu). Bad news is...you won't see much of an improvement by switching to a better CPU for that board. The faster i5 CPUs aren't that much faster, topping out at maybe 3.5GHz stock (vs. your 3.2GHz), & the i7 CPUs aren't much faster (3.6GHz for the i7-4790, 4.0 GHz for the 4790K). Plus, the biggest benefit of the "K" chips (overclocking) is not available on your board. And you won't get a whole lot of benefit from switching up to a Skylake/Kaby Lake system either (maybe 10-15%, 20% tops) without spending a lot of money replacing the board, CPU & RAM. Not that it's a big worry, though, since your current CPU is a 1st-tier CPU (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html), so it should have little to no trouble with any game you throw at it.

I would highly recommend a GPU upgrade, but you're probably still a few years away from needing a CPU upgrade.
