which Asus motherboard should i choose ??

I'm putting together a new pc and I'm confused with all the motherboard types out there !

I have these in mind :
1) ASUS ROG STRIX Z270H GAMING Z270 DDR4
http://

2) Asus STRIX H270F GAMING Intel H270 DDR4 ATX
http://

note that they are close in price
which is better for gaming and future improvement ?

if you have any other model in mind that is better and in the same price range please mention it :)

currently going for the Intel Core i5-7400 : http://
but if I could squeeze the budget a bit more I might go with the Intel Core i7-7700 : http://

and for overclocking , I dont even know how to do it or why they do it XD

ok so i'll go with the H270F

the only difference is that the Z will let me OC and the H wont ?
