I've been hearing this high pitched whining sound. The sound remains for 4-5 minutes after startup and then goes away. After further observation I've concluded that it's my hard-drive making the noise. There is no problem with the working of the computer. Everything works fine. I just wanna know if this is a potential threat to my pc or something?

Btw the hdd I'm talking about had been previously getting detected and undetected by the machine randomly and I had to go through a lot of trouble to fix it. The fix was that I bought a new one and now using both(previous one being dynamic). The problems I'm still facing are:

1: hdd making high pitched whining noise(90% sure it's hdd)

2: sometimes the pc still couldn't detect the hdd
But BOTH the hdds are ALWAYS detected in the bios.

3: sometimes error is occurring during windows boot. The error is the boot error and asking me to press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart. And after several restarts the windows is booted perfectly.(does this mean the pc couldn't even detect the other hdd which have Windows installed on it?)

4: The hdd is dynamic (not basic) and is now used for just storage purposes.
I've tried installing windows on it after converting it to basic a lot of times but it often crashed after windows being fully installed.(But this is not the problem anymore).
