You don't need a Z170 chipset on a processor that cannot overclock, you would be better off buying a better processor and a motherboard with a lesser chipset, this will get you better performance for the same if not less cost

the ram is good, I always trust Corsair with my RAM, but you don't need 3200MHz, the higher speeds make very little to no difference performance wise, and it only adds cost

The Power Supply is overkill, especially for a build like this, the most that I would recommend for a build like this is 550W, buying smaller Power Supplies will save money as well

Your Graphics Card is rather small, you might might want to upgrade to a 1050Ti

Your Hard Drive choice is a good choice, but if you really wanted to have the...

Your Hard Drive choice is a good choice, but if you really wanted to have the highest speed possible then (although this is not essential) I would recommend getting an SSD, this will make almost any computer run so much faster, especially new ones

Your Case Choice is perfectly fine for a budget build such as this, Bitfenix is one of my favorite brands

This is the list that I would recommend: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QJY6m8

Your list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/D7fssJ

If you wanted to save a few extra dollars you could choose the non windowed version of this case

I hope that this has helped, I can only recommend based on personal experience, so feel free to choose whatever parts you like,
