I've had my custom water cooled pc for about a year now running stable, no problems. I haven't been pushing any overclocks or pushing the hardware at all really. Today I did a cold boot and made it to Windows log in screen, desktop started loading and then instantly power was cut. No lights on the motherboard. My first instinct was the power supply gave up. Is this most likely my case given the symptoms? I have a limited options for a psu where I live so to even get a new one I'd have to wait on Amazon.

To be sure it is your PSU check out this test. It's called the Paperclip test. Very reliable test I use it a lot for a bunch of rigs I've worked with. http://support.antec.com/support/solutions/articles/1000015319-is-my-power-supply-dead-the-paperclip-test
Sorry for the late response. The same day the issue occurred I was able to power the PC on problem free after a few hours. I have been running it normally since with no problems. I'm assuming it may have been a surge possibly and the computer wouldn't boot immediately after as a precaution to preserve the hardware.
