My computer runs fine and starts up, besides it beeps 5 times on startup occasionally. It doesn't beep if i unplug my hyper x cloud 2 headphones before start up. ive never had a CPU issue and i dont mess with the inside of my computer.

Also, my motherboard has a code of "CO", the manual says its "reserved". On some threads I've seen people say its a CMOS battery issue, but i dont lose my time when i turn off my PC.
I've had this PC for about 6 months and never had any problems till 3 weeks ago.

Solution
From gigabyte: 5 beeps is cpu problem for AMI BIOS http://www.gigabyte.com/Support/Faq/816
If you tighten the cooler screws too much, we know Intel Skylake CPUs maybe bending under the pressure of some coolers. Try loosen them little bit.

If you don't try to clear the CMOS by the jumper, try it too, don't matter your PC lose the time or not, because clear the CMOS that will reset your PC, sometime it will fit the problem.
