Hello, i have issues when plugging ethernet cable into my laptop but there is no internet im getting these problems

when i launched cmd it was as administrator
i tried to do netsh int reset reset.log "i restarted my computer after doing this" nothing happened
i plug the ethernet cable because if i wanted to download something the download speed get started in 2Mbps but when using wifi its 100Kbps
so help me please oh also this is my ipconfig /all thing

That's all help me fixing this problem but before this problem started i did something in utorrent
like changing port number into random then the problem started.. but when i plugged the ethernet cable back to the router it seems there is wifi also i checked the cable its working fine no damages.
