problem with my ethernet cable

Hello, i have issues when plugging ethernet cable into my laptop but there is no internet im getting these problems

when i launched cmd it was as administrator
i tried to do netsh int reset reset.log "i restarted my computer after doing this" nothing happened
i plug the ethernet cable because if i wanted to download something the download speed get started in 2Mbps but when using wifi its 100Kbps :( so help me please oh also this is my ipconfig /all thing

That's all help me fixing this problem but before this problem started i did something in utorrent
like changing port number into random then the problem started.. but when i plugged the ethernet cable back to the router it seems there is wifi also i checked the cable its working fine no damages.

Open Command Prompt as Admin

Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

i reinstalled it nothing happened :/

there is weird thing i plug a cable from the router port into the laptop internet is working fine but if i wanted to download something my download speed starts in 100Kbps :( BUT when i put the ethernet cable its 2Mbps so yea.. i just want to use the ethernet cable .

i told you i unplug the ethernet cable from the router and plug it into my laptop so that i can get better net and download speed :(

It all points to that your router has failed. How old is it? Maybe its time to replace it?

Give your router a hard reset back to factory settings. Hold reset button for 10 seconds. Usually need a paperclip or pen. Everything will be reset, even the password. If you still get crap speeds through it then replace it.

first im using tp link second its not old third i tried to restore the router everything is f.. up so nope still nothing.
