hey guys, i have a adsl connection 8-10 mbps, i am playing gta v, downloading some movies, and watching yt videos. not all of this on the same time of course. here we live 6 people, almost 9 devices. my modem is ZTE ZXHN H108L .. so i want to buy a better .. from my pc to the modem i am 10m. far . i cant use a ethernet cable .no doors, no walls. i can spent 40 euros for this. i found some good modems. which one is better? if u have another in your mind, please .

TP-LINK TD-W8960N 28 euros
TP-LINK TD-W8961NB 38 euros

I suspect any problems you have with your current router are because 6 people sharing a 8mbps internet connection is a lot. One person watching hd video will use most of that.

Not sure what you are looking for as a improvement. Both the replacement routers are pretty basic boxes. They use a slightly faster wireless protocol than your current router but it likely will make no difference because you are still limited to the 8mbps you get from your ISP.

From what I can tell the cheaper box may actually be better ?. They seem to be pretty much the same but the 8960 supports vpn and the 8961 does not. The 8961 has a fancy case so maybe that is why it costs more.
