So, during the windows 7 installation my usb 3.0 ports were recognized and could install but after it was installed it goes to "Setup is preparing windows for first time use" or whatever the line is. and then it asks me to create a user for the pc but my usb 3.0 ports stopped being recognised. it works in the usb but not on the main OS I installed Ubuntu to see if the drivers were installed and they are but then why isn't it recognizing them? or do I have to do something else? There are no USB 2 ports on the All in one so I can't plug my mouse into them. Tried Installing Windows 7 Ultimate x64
