The Hyper 212 tower coolers tend to be popular, although you would really want to verify the exact dimensions inside your case, since according to specs, the cooler is 159mm (6.26 inches tall), and you would have to account for the width of the CPU, motherboard, and any motherboard standoffs.

Edit: The Cryorig H7 that DeniedStingray linked to might offer a bit more clearance, since it looks like it may be a bit shorter at 145mm (5.71 inches).

A cryorig m9a or m9i is very small, cheap and capable. It uses a 9cm fan that will fit easily.
