So since i got my new computer i have been unable to play some fps titles such as cs:go without a ping of at least 400. The reason i bring this issue up as a pc parts difficulty is because well one i have pretty good internet and two well i was playing with some people on csgo and they told me that my extreme lag wasn't coming from my internet but rather my computer and one player told me to replace the cpu and one told me to replace the pc entirely. So i really need some advice here plus it doesnt really help that im on a strict budget because i used alot of money buying an msi rx470 gpu for my pc and didnt really plan on replacing anything else.
