Is one fan for gtx 1060 6gb enough? Is a water block necessary?

I am thinking of getting the gigabyte GeForce gtx 1060 mini itx 6gb could model.

1)I was wondering if the fan is adequate to cool the gpu since there is only one.

2)Would a water block be necessary?
If so, which would you recommend.

3) will an i5 6400 be a significant bottleneck for this gpu?

1. the fan is fine, the heatsink below fan could be better. but it does the job. if you want lower noise and temperature, look for cards that have cooler made of heatpipes with large aluminum fins arrays. compact cards with such would be EVGA SC Gaming (non SC model, Zotac mini and GB mini have simple aluminum block as heatsink).
2. no, it will not. adding liquid cooling will cost at lest close to 100$ for AiO and way more for full cover block - would be better getting GTX 1070.
3. 6400 will be fine for this card for now.

So would the zotac mini be a better choice? (I'm looking at the smaller cards because my pc doesn't have enough space for a larger card)
