Will my motherboard bottleneck the system?

I recently received the GIGABYTE G1 Sniper B7 as a gift. I will be building it with the following components:

i5-6600k
MSI GTX 1070 FE
Corsair Vengeance LPX 32gb

I understand that the motherboard would not allow me to overclock, but I am using this motherboard temporarily until I have saved enough money to upgrade. So the question is, will the motherboard negatively affect the performance? Any help is appreciated!

Solution
no it should not bottleneck you at all. Granted a board that would allow overclocking would allow your CPU to stretch it legs further with an OC but even at stock speeds the i5 6600k is a decent CPU (save BF1 which eats as many threads as you can through at it so OC won't help much). Point being you should have a good gaming experience until you can get a OC friendly chipset.
