Okay, I currently have an i3 2100 and a gtx 1060 and im looking to upgrade the cpu since it bottlenecks alot ( from what ive seen.. )I only have around 150-160$ or £120 but im limited due to my 1155 mother board some of the cpus ive seen are ( off ebay ) i7 2600 or a i5 3570/k, Help would be greatly appreciated if someone could help all i plan to do is play CS:GO nothing else .
What to upgrade my i3 2100 to.

It depends on what motherboard you have. Surely an i5 2500/2500k or i7 2600/2600k will work, but an i5 35xx or i7 37xx may require a Bios update. Either of those you're looking at would be a significant upgrade. If your motherboard supports the later Ivy Bridge CPU's, I would prefer one of them over the Sandy Bridge, looking for the highest clocked example I could find, such as the 3570/3770.
