Hey there, Hambalele.

It's quite possible for you not to be able to boot to Windows by using your friend's drive due to the fact that it's been configured for a different system already. So you might want to try that first, before you start deleting or reformatting partitions on your drive. Disconnect your HDD and connect only your friend's drive to the mobo. Go to your BIOS/UEFI to make sure that the HDD is selected as the first booting option and try to boot to Windows, to see what happens. If everything works fine, then you're good to go (you'll need to reinstall all the drivers for your hardware components though). However if it doesn't boot up, then you won't be able to do what you're aiming at.

edit: seem like you've...

There are problems with that.

1st windows 10 will deactivate itself as you can't swap it from one PC to another (without taking steps 1st) and I that only applies if you upgrading own PC, not using someone else's windows. You can't just move windows around between PC's like this...
2nd There is a really good chance the hdd won't work real well with your PC as all the hardware in your PC is different to his PC, so you would likely need to fresh install win 10 on your PC to get it to work properly, and wouldn't get to use the games.

So regardless of those steps, one thing you could do was put his hdd into your PC as well as your current hdd - this would mean you keep all your data and wouldn't need to remove win 7. And if win 10 actually boots up in your PC, you get to use the games

Please let me know how it goes.
