which of this product is better for me ?
Samsung 850 EVO 500 G
Samsung 850 PRO 512 G
AData SU-900 500 G (i see it support NCQ and ECC , Also have 800 T TBW)
i want use my ssd for 4-5 year at least. and dont decrease speed after few months.

For Client SSDs, endurance spec is generally in TBW, which is total terabytes written. Some basic math should allow you to calculate out which one is good enough for 5 years. The NAND in the AData drive is pretty comparable to Samsung's NAND.

For a 512GB 850 Pro, you're looking at 300TBW. Samsung Pro drives tends to be around 0.3 DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day) for 5 years and this matches up around there. So you're looking at about 150GB per day on a 512GB.

An 800TBW drive will allow even more writes.
