They are running the same chipset and both are a pretty good make, pick the one that you think looks best or the one that costs the least. The Gigabyte has a slightly higher factory overclock so should run slightly faster but that doesn't mean you can't tweak the MSI up to the same clock speed. In the UK the price is pretty similar so there is really little to choose.

Honestly, go with the one with better reviews, the best price, or the one that looks the best in your opinion. They are the same GPU/chipset.

I prefer MSI..always had a good experience with their products.
