graphic not being used

hello!!!
I have 2gb graphic card but the dedicated video memory only shows 576mb.
laptop spec:
dell inspiron 5447 i7
8 gb ram
2 gb graphic card (AMD R7 M265)

That could be because what you are looking at is showing you the onboard video shared RAM not the dedicated card RAM.

Go into device manager, disable (not uninstall) the dedicated card, then run a 3DMark benchmark. Note the score.
Enable the card again, run the same benchmark, see what that score is.
