I am currently paying for 200Mbps internet speeds but on my PC I struggle to get 90Mbps even though I am about 3 feet away with a cat 6 cable. So I thought the problem is with my motherboard which I think has a a 100Mbps limit for internet speeds (Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3) and I was wondering if I would have to buy a better motherboard with a higher internet speed limit or whether I could use a wired network card to get the higher speeds (if this is the case, can you suggest any good ones?) Thanks Adam

If you do a speed test from one of the many online do you every get 200Mbps? Keep in mind that if your ISP can provide a maximum connection speed of 200Mbps that in no way guarantees you will be downloading anything at that speed. The servers supplying the information you are downloading need to be capable of uploading that information at 200Mbps and maintaining that speed over the connection.
