2666mhz ram not running full speed?

My corsair ram is here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMK16GX4M2A2666C16R-Vengeance-2666Mhz-Performance/dp/B0123ZC6CO/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1487085888&sr=8-10&keywords=corsair+2666mhz+2x8gb

When I open cpu-z it shows my DRAM frequency as 1333mhz, is this normal. Btw XMP is on and my motherboard is an asus z270 prime-a.

Please provide a screen shot, 1333 is half of 2666.

For example my DRAM frequency shoes 667Mhz, and Channel # is Dual meaning its running at 1333

It is not channel # it is DDR (Double data Rate)
