Excessive. 550w is more than enough.
Seasonic is a go to brand, they don;t make any "bad" PSUs and are generally available worldwide. the Seasonic G Series 550w is a good choice for you.
one need CPU (overclocked?) GPU (overclocked? beyond the factory OC) to get proper "need" for psu, otherwise I agree with rogue leader. 750 is way overkill
and people here will say Seasonic and I use Corsairs, personal choices matter on quality with the balance of Price and needs and market availability. in the usa the range is very wide, in Europe less so and in India the range of available even BRONZE ranged PSU are super rare and priced so high people just use ATX-xxxW cheap power supplies using the rule of thumb, if PXC uses 350w they get 750w to make sure PSU is not stressed out at all .

Fit, yes. WAY too much power so its a waste of money. Unless you plan to add a second 1070 Some day and run SLI.
