Losing alot of space in (C:)

I've been installing a new game and after like 1-2hours I've lost all my storage. I got an old 150Gb hard drive and before the install i had around 60Gb (the game has 10Gb) after i saw the no storage left warning pop up i deleted a 10Gb file and checked the storage and saw how its disappearing slowly. Checked all my files to see the storage in C: and the User file has 75Gb but after checking all the files inside its like 20Gb. Any ideas? (Hope it makes sense for you guys) and Thank you!

Install and run WinDirStat, see where all the space is being used up. Empty Recycle Bin, delete anything in your Downloads folder you don't need. Check your anti-virus program for old virus definition files that were never cleared out (Symantec and a few others have bugs where you can lose several gig of space to old files that they did not delete properly).
