Solution
It goes without saying that the Network Data Usage driver of windows was the cause of the error.
In other words it performed an operation and expected answer to it`s request in a set time limit.

But the cpu of your system could not handle the request at the time due to dealing with something else.

On a computer every bit of hardware connected to the motherboard or software.
Is controlled by being able to talk to the cpu and memory of the system by a set Interupt Request Query.
They are defined by a set number value for each bit of software or hardware.

How a cpu performs so many tasks, and keeps track of hardware, and software is by this method as it rapidly switches between called requests or tasks asked of it.

They are defined by a set number value for each bit of software or hardware.

How a cpu performs so many tasks, and keeps track of hardware, and software is by this method as it rapidly switches between called requests or tasks asked of it.

When you get an error such as your seeing it can be, and most likely is due to two things, a lack of free unused Irq assignment numbers.

Or where up to three or more devices are sharing the same hardware Irq number to talk to the cpu and system memory to execute a process, or task.

The two ways to rid yourself of the problem are.

1. In the bios of the motherboard turn off features or options of the motherboard you do not use.
Such things as old Com ports, or LPT 1 printer ports.
Limit the amount of usb ports that are enabled if you have the ability to enable or disable them.

And so on.

2. To stop the task in question from running.
Since yours is a data usage monitor it suggests that you have a bit of software running to monitor the bandwidth connection of your Ethernet adapter on the mother board and the total amount of data downloaded or up loaded.

Something like Asus i network software, so if you do have an Asus motherboard or have installed any software from the dvd support disk that came with the motherboard check to see if you installed it. then remove it ok.

yes i did, i was using a 2x2gb ddr3 1333mhz before then i decided to get a 1x4gb ddr3 1333mhz used, was able to use it for like 1 week without any problem.
then this started happening like ill get bsod every 2 hours or so. then it stopped gaving me bsod for another week. Then yesterday while i was playing league of legends i started getting it again but not frequently. I already did run memtest was able to get 4 passes without errors.
