I've been having some CPU utilization and registry errors since I installed a 2nd SSD and made some mistakes moving data over from one to the other.
After a month of issues and failed fixes, I think it's time I just wipe them clean and start new. I've saved all my important documents to an external drive.
What will be the easiest way to wipe BOTH SSDs clean and then reinstall my OS on the smaller of the 2? I see Windows 10 has a storage cleaner but am unsure if that will clean the entire drive or even both.
