Help please, for the longest time my pc has some weird days where it restarts/shut downs continuously after 10-30 mins of usage or so and ruin most of my game sessions, I have no idea when it stops doing it or when it will start and it seriously concerns me at this point, keep in mind that the system usually works fine but this thing still occurs once 2-3 weeks

I have 16 gb of ram, fx 6300 cpu and r7 370 gpu and i'm using a super flower 550w bronze certified psu, the rig heating is normal, there is no overusage of the cpu/gpu(altough the disk tends to go to 99% for a few seconds when i boot up a game then it's all normal) and i believe i have at least 100W more than required for my system,

I probably should mention that there has been announced some repairment in my city related to energy these weeks so the electricity my go on and off for a moment or several minutes but even then this has been a problem for way longer and when the electricity goes off then lights go off aswell which in my case happened only twice and it has been this week

I don't know what could possibly cause this, it goes off even if i'm just browsing chrome

Solution
The power levels are fluctuating outside of the computer system, even if the regular lights don't go off. Your PSU is experiencing strain from the fluctuating power due to the repair of the power system. Give it a while, and things should be back to normal.

Yeah but as i said my pc did this before the reparations aswell, what is very weird about this problem is if i would give it 2-3 hours of break after i saw it keeps restarting then the PC would work completely normal again, hell i could even just keep playing and have my pc force restarts for next 2 hours but after that everything worked fine and its very weird for me to be like that.

You said that the heat was normal, right? Double check to make sure everything is plugged in and then monitor your temps using HW Monitor, make sure that nothing is going over 80 degrees celcius. 80 degrees is about the point where not too hot and overheating meets. 100+ degrees is the tipping point for system shutdown If not that, your power supply may have issues and you may want to get it checked or get a new one.

In all fairness i think i just remembered it wrong, i did have same problem before this repairment but it was for the wrong reasons(99% cpu usage) which i fixed, you might be right, also my rig never got over 70C on GPU and usually stays at 55-60C on cpu so the last logical answer is that something non-related to my rig is the problem(at least i hope so) i will try to wait until the electricity is fixed and see if it still happens.

Thanks for your answer
