Ok so my Razer Deathadder Chroma was starting to break down a little so I got it exchanged for a new one because of my warranty on it. But this mouse seems to slide on my mousepad so much faster even though it's the same mouse. To make sure I was just not used to it I went in a game I have been playing for 4 years non stop with the same sensitivity, DPI, and polling rate for about 2 years. Even with the same exact settings as the old mouse had, I was clearly looking around faster and with less friction. It feels like i'm getting a lot less resistance with the new mouse which I do not like because I like a mouse with a lot of resistance.

I just need a second opinion to make sure I'm not being a lunatic. (The old Razer Deathadder Chroma I had was bought in 2015 is that makes a difference to you at all and I have not changed touched anything regarding my mousepad in months so I know it's not the mousepad.)

Would you know of another manufacturer who sells mousefeet that would increase the friction instead of the Scotch Brite?

There's also an Overwatch themed one as well.

It seems possible that they may have since updated the material in the feet to something with lower friction though. Or maybe it's just due to the feet being new. Mouse feet can wear over time, and your old mouse may have just gradually become less slippery.
