3200 MHz RAM into 2133 Mhz MoBo and CPU

I'm looking to get some 3200 MHz RAM(DDR4) (TridentZ) into a MoBo that support only 2133 and 2400 Mhz RAM, as well as matching the RAM with the processor (i5 7600k) that also supports only 2133 and 2400 MHz RAM. Please help me with this.

Oh yeah, i fogot to mention that it's a b250 mobo, and yes the i5 7600k is kaby lake, and it is unlocked. Now, does this work on a b250?

If the MB is GA-B250M-Gaming 5 (rev. 1.0) (several variants) then NO that MB supports up to up 2400MHz RAM.
To support 2400 MHz or XMP memory, you must install a 7th generation processor which your i5 7600k is.

Just to clarify, the Motherboard does not automatically lower the RAM frequency?
