I agree, looks good to me - cant spot any compatibility issues.

However, if it were me; I would be trying to save money on the mobo and cpu cooler. Cooler seems a bit excessive unless you are planning on heavily overclocking the 6600K.

Also I agree with hazzyboy3, wouldn't hurt to have a larger power supply just incase especially if you plan on using that cooler. If you stick with the PSU u have, maybe a large tower cooler would be a better option (I love the noctua tower coolers) to reduce load on the PSU.

These are just my thoughts and if money is no issue go ahead with what you have but consider the PSU upgrade.
