So I'm going to custom build a computer from scratch I need all parts including monitor, keyboard, mouse, Mic, headphones. I'm gonna be playing all sorts of games from indie to triple a title. My budget for everything is $750 including tax. I want this computer build to last atleast 2-5 years.

Also I would incredibly appreciate it if you explain why you chose the PC parts (example: I chose a hdd over ssd for gaming because I'm gonna need a lot of space for games).

And finally have a detailed description on what makes your choice the best choice.

THANK YOU!!!

MB - I stick with ASUS or Gigabyte simply because of their long history of quality and good support. Nothing wrong with other manufacturers if you wanted to go with MSI or ASRock.
CPU - The i5-7500 would be better if you can stretch the budget a bit. Light reading => http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-cpus,3986.html
MB - B250 or H270 with four memory slots to match the latest Kaby Lake CPU. B150 / H110 / H170 would work in most cases with a BIOS update, but just look toward a later board.
MEM - B250 / H270 are "limited" to DDR4-2400. Stick with G.Skill, Corsair, Crucial, Mushkin, or Kingston. DDR4-2400 CL15 modules are pretty standard..
SSD - Light reading => http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-ssds,3891-2.html

PSU - XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA G2 / G3 lineup, or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. The Seasonic 620w is way more than you need, but is the lowest priced unit from those mentioned. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
