So i bought a seasonic s12ii 520 2 months ago and i noticed that it was making a really strange clicking noise. After 2 weeks it started doing it faster and the 12v voltage is fluctuating from 12.384 to 12.480 which wasnt doing it before. So i tried to rma the unit and after 18 days(they say its max 15 days)i got it and they said that they couldnt hear anything and they refused to repair or change it.
So what do i have to do now?I dont want to have the fear that one day ill get my pc fried.

It could be the electricity supply. If the supply voltage is too high or too low, it can cause problems. There could be spikes coming through the electricity supply which cause clicking.

You bought your power supply two months ago. It is still under warranty. Contact Seasonic to RMA for a free replacement. Seasonic is a reputable company and they stand by their product. Every x number of units will be faulty, as that's the nature of production.

I said that i did rma it but they refused to because they said after they "tested" it that nothing is wrong and they sent it back to me.I dont know if the store that i bought it from did the rma with seasonic.

have you checked with another psu to see if there's still a clicking noise? it's possible it's not the psu that's clicking? if the clicking persists then you'll know its not your psu but something else. Sometimes there's a wire that could be touching the fan and as the fan turns it hits the wire and to some it can sound like clicking.

If there is no odd sound coming from a different psu, and it still happens with your seasonic, record it upload it to youtube, send in another ticket/call them and tell them that there's an issue, the 15 day policy is usually with the store, your warranty should be at minimum a year if not longer so RMA should still be accepted.

Also check that the computer isn't connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply or surge protector.
The fan in the PS can click at a particular speed or temperature.
More expensive PS seem to make more strange noises than cheap PS.
