Well i wanna play some games with no lag spikes and not loading textures but unfortunately cant, trying to play GTA V without lag,, Cant, cause GPU usage is only 15-12% never more than that, i had to overclock my cpu to play abit better, getting 40+ fps on lowest and sometimes there are serious stutter.

GPU: GTX 1050 Gaming x 2G

ive tried thing like going to Nvidia Control Panel and change Power Usage to Maximum, didnt work at all.

You got low gpu usage because you lowered the setting and puted all the stress on the cpu, crank up the settings to max and you will see a higher gpu usage but at the same 40 fps.

GTA V is pretty intensive in it's CPU process. What CPU, Ram, Mobo, and PSU do you have?

This almost is guaranteed to be CPU bottlenecking, ESPECIALLY since you said you OC'd the CPU and you got gains in performance. Need to know that other information first.

Maybe CPU is bottlenecking?

CPU: Xeon E5420 Quad core 2.5ghz (OC to 3ghz)
8GB Ram (6 usable)
PSU: idk jsut a psu with 500w and 38 or 40A i dont remember.
