My build is like this :
1. GTX 950 2GB DDR5
2. Ram DDR4 4Gb 2133 Kingston x2
3. Processor i3-6100
4. motherboard GA-H110M-DS2 DDR4
5. 1 TB Harddisk
6. Enermax NAXN ENP500AGT-500W

My goal is to get computer that can run game like gta V at medium setting.
I am not too sure about motherboard and power supply, do they compatible?
Is this build compatible?

Solution
taking in consideration that the recommendation to Run GTA V for Medium performance looks like
Core i5-3470 3.2GHz or AMD FX-8350 CPU
GeForce GTX 660 or Radeon HD 7870 GPU

I would say this will be a beast for the game.
What country are you in Evan ?

I could not find the GA-H110m-DS so I used the GA-h110M-A (not really much of a difference I bet low end 50-60$ boards are all pretty much the same anyways)

here is your PC best I could build it. only found the 550W of the Enermax, its a 80+ bronze so its an ok one.

now looking at it from 500$ value I would suggest to change the I3-6100 to the hyperthreading G4600 CPU (both are dual but I3 is double the price. for same power of computing. wqhich permit to slip a Nice SSD in there to FAST loading
