Pc keeps restarting after showing the asus logo

So yesterday i tried restarting my entire pc ( deleting all files etc) and i ended up getting an error twice in a row. After that i closer my pc and went to bed. Today after starting it it first kept beeping l, and after i fixed that it just started booting the asus logo and restarting immediatly, is my psu broken? ( cpu from cm 700w dunno) or my hdd?

What do you mean? Cmos battery? Dunno but i think its probs my ram or hdd (specs= 780ti , i7 47 somethingb mobo is z87-k , hdd from samsung , and a green 2tb ) i did find out that 2 pins from my cooler broke later on tho ( like the things that connect it so now it kinda wobbels)

Tried it, didnt work , relocating ram also didnt work ( in bios still shows ram n stuff?) i think psu might be broken idk , i can enter bios tho , mbe need to redownload windows
