Slow internet when TV is on

So in the start of January I changed my network provider (includes internet, tv, phone) and since then, my internet is constantly jumping up and down (like for 3 seconds is working fine, and then it basicly stops for 2 seconds. It jumps in a pattern.) I have alredy contacted my provider and they turned up my internet speed which didn't help and today they changed my modem but the issue remains the same. Anyone knows why tv "breaks" my internet? When I was on the old provider internet was ok.

It's possible that your TV is using a lot of bandwidth that you have available. Restart your router if anything. I'm glad you've contacted your ISP and they've replaced your modem.

It's possible that your router is the issue, in theory it is prioritizing the TV versus the computer. I'd say restart the router && or reset it (which you'll need to reconfigure the password etc) and if that doesn't fix the issue, than I'd say go ahead and purchase a new router and test it out.

I did several resets and hard resets already so I think reseting it again won't help. Also I forgot to mention that i have 2 tvs diffrent model tho, but the result is the same. I will consider buying new router, if this is the problem cause for the past month i am unable to play anything involving constant network..

Also I don't have netflix on my tv cause it's not supported on my tv. (also I don't use it)
