Cannot Update DDR3 Graphics card using DDR4 mobo

My specs is
i3-6100
GT 730 ddr3 2 gb
4Gb ram ddr4

oh and whenever I move my mouse fast, it moves crazy its like being inverted and not being inverted at the same time. so help pls

Are you trying to update your graphics card or ram? It says graphics, but you reference types of regular ram.
