canot run as administritaor

when i click services its show"s me a errorr (the service cannot be started,either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it) note i cant do any action in run as administrator a little help plz? thanks

smiles. right click on Service and select run as administrator if you account IS administrator then you will be allowed to run it in that mode, if your just a normal user on the computer you will have to enter an administrator account name and password before you can run it in administrator mode.
