Hi,
I noticed my battlefield 1 fps were very low, I did some research and I saw that some people with the same gpu had much higher fps than me. On average I've about 30 fps on high settings, while some people can get 70/80 on ultra while recording! Do I have a CPU bottleneck?
Specs:
Gpu: msi r9 390 (overclocked to 1120mhz and 1540mhz)
Cpu: amd a10 6800k
Ram: 12gb ddr 1600mhz crucial ballistix sport
Motherboard: ASUS A88XM-A

Solution
As Isokolon said it is your CPU, BF1 is very CPU intensive and that CPU wont cut it, and unfortunately you pretty much have the best CPU for that socket, an upgrade would require a new motherboard+cpu+ram.

Yeah that's what I thougth. I think I'm gonna upgrade to an i5 6500 or 6600 with 16gb ddr4 ram and a new mobo in a couple months, but everything is sooo expensive xD

If you're targeting 60FPS consistently on 64 player multiplayer maps then i5s can have a hard time in that game, particularly if they are older models or lower clocked models like the 6400. The framerates won't be terrible, but you're likely to get some dips into the 50s or high 40s in places. The K SKUs don't do too badly due to having higher out of the box clockspeeds and the option to overclock. The game received a patch yesterday, though I'm not sure if that patch did improve CPU usage for anyone. I'd have to boot up the game and see if performance improved any for myself.

I can hold 70fps quite consistently on my 4690k in Bf1.

Open up task manager while gaming and see if memory compression is running in the background, messes up FPS like no tomorrow.
