Hard disk automatically filling up on start up(win7)

Hey everyone.Please I need your precious help. Since past two days, I have been experiencing a weird thing in my pc. Last month I installed a second HD( WD blue 2tb) and made two partitions out of it. The weird thing I am facing is that on start up, my partitions start filling up in both the drives except C i.e. where win is installed. The files that fill up the space are random files of 100mb and they are hidden. I have to unhide them to delete them. I can literally watch the remaining space go down as I refresh the Computer window. I also ran the windirstat. I am posting the screenshots reflecting my problem. Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

Its possible that its malware therefore see following message if you think that malware contains a role.

Run DiskCleanup - start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Disk Cleanup

You can possibly transfer some data, pictures, and/or documents to removable media like ThumbDrives,
USB External drives (my choice) or even CD/DVD (make several copies if using these).
