So I installed Linux on my laptop a month or so ago and i was just fiddling around trying to learn it...installing java and just little stuff trying to learn. So i tried to Install the GNOME desktop environment and upon restard i just get a recovery mode screen with

I got mad and didnt touch this thing for a couple weeks but am now wanting to use it again. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or should i just reinstall
