How long can my components run at full load before they die?

So I don't know if any of you have heard about the site: Idle Empire, but you can basically earn money by watching adverts. I have an old computer that I don't care much for running 8 tabs. The CPU is currently on 95% load running at about 50-55 degrees C. My RAM is at about 80-90% usage. Is it dangerous to run my components on full load for multiple days or should I let them have a break?

Thanks a lot!

I'd like to also point out. I had a Compaq Presario CQ61 laptop. I would game on it and get the thing up to 96C. It lasted me 7 years before the graphics chip burnt out. Provided I wasn't playing games all the time. But for a good portion of it's life was spent gaming. I've since repaired with a new motherboard and given it to an acquaintance who needed it more than I. Still running strong last I checked.

My i7-6700k and GTX 970 have been left on for nearly 24/7 at around idle for about the past year.
50s and 60s is a good average temp for CPUs under load. Shouldn't be a problem there. The CPU will most certainly outlast anything in the system provided that it's been left the way it is with no overclocking.

If the heat is kept in check you should be able to run things as long as you want, the only questionable part is the power supply. Cheap to mid range supplies are not designed to be ran above a certain percentage of output for more than 24 hours at a time.
