Hi, my first time asking a question.
I am a noob when it comes to hardware. As i cannot afford to buy a new pc for some time, i thought about buying a used brand build pc (like Hp compaq 8200) and upgrade its psu and ram to 8gb and then add a new gtx 1050.
Will that work? If so, are any of these worth buying?

My Main concern is that i heard motherboard in some these only provide 35w and gtx 1050 is a 75w card. Is this true?
Please help, I'm really low on budget and this might be my only option. I just wanna play Witcher 3, Dragon age Inquisition, and Shadow of mordor. I could even go as low as 720p and medium settings.
