I was wondering that also, do you have any monitor suggestions?

I'd suggest using that money spent on the m.2 ssd and get a 1tb sataIII ssd. Games are starting to take up an excess of 100gb, so who knows what drive capacity will be needed in the future. I have two builds in my apartment and I play games like gtaV and doom, and i'm running into space issues. If all you are going to be doing is gaming, you won't need anything more than a sata III ssd. Unless you constantly move large files on a regular basis you won't notice much of a difference in speed between m.2 and sataIII. If all you use this for is a gaming rig, your ssd will most be reading with an occasional write for when you install games.
