GPU and CPU bottleneck?

I jhave a gtx 1050ti and an amd 6300 for cpu, and was wondering should I overclock CPU or should I upgrade CPU because I think It bottleneck the GPU in some game like ark and any open world games I run 40-50 fps just get really low fps drop here and there. is there any amd that shouldn't bottleneck 1050ti. ps:im new to PC gaming and any recommended CPU for amd product

The FX 6300 isn't a particularly great CPU, especially not after four years. Overclocking will help but in an open world game (those are particularly hard on the CPU usually) I don't think it's all the 1050Ti that's limiting FPS.

Ark is extremely poorly made, so its hard to run.
Open world games are hard on CPUs as well.

I would recommend a new processor (depending on the rest of the system)
