Partial system upgrade - am I missing anything?

I'm looking at upgrading my 7 year old system on a budget of £300-400.

Now that you've stopped laughing I'll clarify: I'm happy with the GPU, storage and peripherals, so I'm just looking to drag the basic structure into this decade. I use the PC mostly for gaming but I'm perfectly happy with playing on less than ultra settings (I'm mostly wanting to upgrade since buying Total War: Warhammer and being able to make a cup of tea between turns).
Current system build is as follows:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X2 555 Black Edition 3.2GHz Socket AM3 6MB Cache with and Arctic cooling Freezer cooler
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3 AMD 770 Socket AM3
RAM: Corsair 8GB (4x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz Unbuffered CL9
PSU: Arctic Power 700W PSU - 4x SATA 1x PCI-Express
Antec 300 Three Hundred Case with 2 extra fans (case is more than slightly knackered now sadly)

The parts I feel are recoverable are all around 2 years old:
HDD: WD Blue 500GB
SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB
GPU: EVGA GTX 950 SC 2GB

After looking around on PCPartPicker and doing some snooping here, I've come up with the following

Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
ASRock H170 Pro4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws 4 series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
be quiet! PURE POWER 9 CM 600W 80+ Silver Semi-Modular ATX
Zalman Z11 NEO ATX Mid Tower Case

Total £365.63

With Ryzen fast approaching and the dual core nature of this system potentially hampering future games taking advantage of multi core systems, would I be better off with an i3-7100.

I've not got a deadline for this, barring imminent explosions on my current system, and could hold off until black friday if a better upgrade could be suggested above my current price range. I've no real desire to overclock unless it will get me a lot more bang for my buck, and I'm only gaming on a cheap LG 1920x1080 monitor so not expecting miracles

Thanks in advance

Solution
H170 needs a bios update for Kabylake chips and doesnt work at stock with DDR4-2400.
Stock cooler is plenty and you dont need the cooler. Money can be used elsewhere.
PSU unit is not good.

Refined your build for better at a little extra cost.
