im having little weird thing.. if i used the ethernet cable on my laptop and download something i get 2MBps/3MBps 
but if i plugged the LAN cable into my laptop download something i only get 100KBps/130KBps why?

Have you tried to restart the router?
Yep still nothing
Have you tried to turn the device wifi off?
Yep there is 3 phones turned off "Still nothing at all"
Have you tried to close all unwanted programs?
Yep still nothing also disabled all startup programs
Have you tried to scan some viruses?
100 Times still nothing
Have you tried to clean junks from your laptop?
Everyday. still nothing
Have you tried to close all auto update programs?
Java,uTorrent,steam <--- turned off i checked the programs before i post this even steam cant auto login to update games.
