Hello friend! Im building my first ever PC..

I have a budget of 1000-1300 .. around there..^^
It would make my whole.. year.. 10 years!! =D if anyone could help out and see if i can make those pc parts (or modify the fans to different ones/with leds) with the case i show below like this:

Trying to make the setup look as similar as possible to the pictures while still keeping good performance parts, if you have any suggestions for different parts please do tell
