I was watching some video on YouTube 2 days ago and suddenly my pc froze, I tried restarting it with no luck. It won't boot, all fans and leds are on but won't show anything on monitor or beep.
I've tried cleaning all components(ram, mobo, fans) reseating all cables, turning on with only one ram, turning on without anything attached(only cpu and one ram of course)
The strange thing is, after a couple days without using it, I decided to turn it on and worked only for a couple minutes before frozing again(got past bios and windows was starting)
So every time I let it cool for a few hours I can turn it on but only for a few minutes.
What do you guys think it is? I'm guessing it's the mobo or PSU, is there a way to test it without having to buy another first?
My specs:
Mobo: asrock G41M vs3 r2
Cpu: core 2 quad
Video card: gt740
Ram: DDR3 1333 2gb each
I know my specs aren't that good but no money for upgrading it though
